Phil Newton is a self taught trader who managed to start his trading career with a high degree of success. He’ll admit, though, this doesn’t mean to say he doesn’t have his fair share of loosing trades. Phil has always been interested in trading from a very early age and started reading what he could about technical analysis when he was about 16. That started with hand drawing charts of the FSTE100 and some stocks at about the same time.

Phil made his first trade when he was 18. At 25 he was trading full time and has never thought about doing anything else for a career.

Newton has written articles for several forex magazines and generally keeps his head down researching new ideas for his proprietary trading methods. He can usually be found skulking behind his trade desk showing new traders how to trade by showing how he trades in real time.
